The Palladin engineering department is tasked with analyzing customer designs and blueprints, and then working in close coordination with quality assurance, manufacturing, and customer contacts throughout the manufacturing process.  The Palladin engineering department is trained in-house in addition to professional training.  All engineering staff have extensive experience in the manufacturing processes employed at Palladin.

• From the moment a customer submits an RFQ Palladin engineering is involved in the process.
• Palladin Engineering works in close coordination with the Quality Assurance department as a part of Palladin's policy of continuous quality improvement.
• Palladin Engineering maintains contact with customers throughout the design process.
